CLASS OF 1968 40 YEAR REUNION
Dear Classmate,
Our 40 year reunion is only 2 months away. We have extended the deadline for sending in your reservation til July 1st, so if you haven't already sent in your information, you still have time.
We hope you are going to join us for the festivities. Those coming into town early, or who already live here, may want to join us on Thursday, July 17th at 7:05pm at Appalachian Park to see the Power baseball game. On Friday, July 18, 2008 at 5pm we will meet at Stonewall and tour our old stomping grounds. From there, we will go to Edgewood Country Club for refreshments and time to get reacquainted. If you don't have plans for Saturday afternoon, why not meet your classmates for lunch (dutch treat) around noon at The Barge at Trojan Landing on MacCorkle Avenue near Patrick Street. Then, Saturday evening, July 19, 2008 beginning at 6pm we will meet at our reserved tent at the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Myrtle Beach Party at Little Creek Park off of Kanawha Turnpike. The location change for the Saturday event was made due to construction at the previous site. Sunday morning we recommend brunch at the Marriott (dutch treat).
We have updated the Stonewall Facebook site with a list of names of people who have already sent in their reservations, so you can see who's coming. We are also attaching a list of the classmates we are still unable to locate, so check that out and if you know where someone is, please reply to this e-mail with the information.
